I'm glad I came across this video truly helpful for first time instructor's..
At age 49 I began having panic attacks. Deep breathing helps them subside faster. I'm betting one day it will be a heart attack. 🥺
I understand your concerns. It's a common thing to be suspicious about something that is called anxiety, although it cannot kill you, it can putt you in a very stressful situation. I had more than 50 "bad" panic attacks in the period of five years. I was convinced that I'm gonna die. But here I am. Still alive.
This makes me terrified for my older self if I decide to live that long o.o
They should give people some guns or suicide kids so if anything bad would happen you won't suffer as much... ._.
